The Aussie market has had a pause of its bullish trend over the past month due to a fall in the resources sector and I have had my trailing profit stops hit in trades from this sector. So while one sector may no longer be favourable for a period of time the market can still provide nice opportunities from other sectors and I have continued building into new trades from other parts of the market that my scans present to me.

Trading is about taking the best opportunities that are available to you at a set point in time and having a strict money management strategy to capitalise on them and ensure you keep your losses small and allow your profits to run. As showcased in the video, I mainly trade through two systems. My weekly long term trading system is all about sticking with the long term trend. While my daily swing trade system involves taking a swing move out of an already trending share and having a shorter hold time. With both systems my goal is the same and that is to always keep my losses small and let my profits run.
